Great house! Easy check in and check out and the host was accessible! Wear your walking shoes because it’s a bit of a walk to get to Jackson Square, but doable. Easy to Uber to and from also! We would stay here again!

Very nice property that was full of modern amenities to make the stay comfortable and convenient. It was very close to the French Quarter, City Park, and many great restaurants and shops. I felt safe in the neighborhood no matter the time of day during my stay. Quick and easy communication with the host was a huge help and made the process easy.

This lovely, restored house was exactly what our group of friends needed for our stayin New Orleans for Jazz Fest. The property was within walking distance of the fairgrounds, and convenient to several breakfast/lunch places. The accommodationswere spotless, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. It was exactlyas represented on the VRBO website and the host was readily available. We did not use the kitchen but it was very well stocked. This home will definitely be on our radar for our next visit to New Orleans.

Nakia was an excellent host! This home could not be more centrally located to the French Quarter, French Market, Garden District. We were no more than 10 minutes from any tour we took. The spacious three bedrooms each had their own private bathroom with a 1/5 bath off the kitchen. I highly recommend this home to rent if you are visiting NOLA. It is clean, comfortable and very accommodating.

From the beginning, Nakia was very easy to communicate with, very responsive to all of our questions! When we arrived, check in was a breeze and the house is beautiful! Great location less than 2 blocks from the edge of the French Quarter, walking distance to Frenchman street for night time fun. Very clean inside with plenty of necessary cooking items, sheets, pillows, shampoo, towels, etc. Big washer and dryer. Very nice hard wood floors. The master bedroom bathroom has a claw foot tub, 2 person shower; bedroom has a giant closet, though a dated top mattress. Easy parking and a few interesting restaurants and bars a few blocks away. Easy to take the Rampart street bus to Canal street. The location is in the beautiful Treme neighborhood close to Esplanade. Note, the top floor porch belongs to another small upstairs unit. The stairs go to a bedroom on top the master bedroom and footsteps can be heard if that guest is wearing hard shoes. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and there's a half bath by the kitchen. Note, the owner didn't give the actual address until 2 weeks before arrival, you can't find the house using Google maps, and make sure to ask the owner what else is needed before arrival (e.g. photo of front and back of driver's license). Overall, I'd stay there again for any FQ fest or Jazz fest. Great if you have a car or two also.

Perfect for us!

There were 6 of us and the house was perfect for us. We loved that each bedroom had its own bath. Thr location was perfect, very central to everything, and we never felt unsafe, even walking home at night. Natashia was a great hoat. Very easy to communicate with and gave us all the details we needed for a smooth check in and out. Would definitely recommend!

Home away from Home

The house is so beautiful and it is close by everything. Very spacious and a bathroom in or near every room. The host is so sweet and she can provide good spots to visit. The house is supplied with everything you will need and much much more. I will for sure patronize again and again. I visit NOLA every year and I will make it my yearly go to place to stay. I promise you will love it just as much and I do!!

Nice place

It was very spacious. We found the house to be accommodating for us with all the amenities we needed. The master bed mattress was very uncomfortable. The mattress does need to be replaced, in my opinion. Nakia was very quick to respond when we discovered the coffee machine was a kurig. We had proceeded to walk to 2 different grocery stores but were unable to find any pods. I contacted Nakia and she brought us some coffee pods. Overall , it was a wonderful stay.

Immaculately kept home that was charming. HOWEVER, the location of the home in the listing is very misleading! Not only is the home not very “close” to the French Quarter, it’s a very dangerous place to walk through to get to the FQ which is about a 25 minute walk. Driving to there is only 5 minutes; but parking is extremely difficult. We checked out without staying even one night.
