We had such a great time on our visit. The place was exactly like the only photos and we enjoyed the pool, the area and the other visiters. Beautiful Old Town feel!

As ex Key west’s, we were very specific in the location that we wanted to bi in. This property was perfect for us. The compound was calm and quiet as well as extremely well kept. The communication with the management company was seamless.

This cottage was clean and tidy. However, the location of this cottage was absolutely horrible. Located directly next to the pool pump shed which ran LOUDLY and constantly throughout our stay. This room was disturbingly loud in addition to the constant sound of the humidifier and the wall a/c unit. The blinds above the headboard of the bed were broken.

Thank you for your feedback. While we are glad to hear that you found the cottage clean and tidy, we are incredibly sorry that the noise level during your stay. We truly appreciate you bringing these structural and mechanical details to our attention. We hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future to provide the peaceful, seamless stay you deserved.

Room was considerably smaller than it appeared in the listing pictures. Otherwise it was a good place to chill for a couple of days. 10 o'clock checkout is too early.

We’re so happy you enjoyed the welcoming layout and our proximity to Duval Street Alan! We’re sorry the room felt a bit smaller in person than expected; we want our guests to have a clear picture of what to expect, so we appreciate that insight. Regarding our 10:00 AM checkout, we know an extra hour can make a difference on vacation! We do offer luggage storage for guests who want to enjoy the island a bit longer after checking out. We'd love the chance to host you again!

Wonderful stay and location!

The location was awesome - close enough walk to the Duval but still quiet and quaint. The pool and courtyard was awesome with the nice palms and pool. The room itself...bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen nice clean. Would stay there again!
