Spend your mornings fishing or relaxing by the stocked pond (catch-and-release only) and your evenings gathered around the outdoor fire pit or relaxing on the covered porch and sunny deck.

We’re native Tennesseans and have proudly called this property home since 2019. While we live on-site in a separate building with our own private entrances, your space is completely your own. We work hard year-round to keep the property well-maintained, welcoming, and beautiful in every season. It’s a labor of love, and we’re excited to share it with guests who appreciate nature, comfort, and a peaceful Smoky Mountain setting.
As avid fisherman, we were drawn to this area for its access to multiple local rivers and the peaceful outdoor lifestyle. We fell in love with this home and its setting—and we’ve put a lot of care into making it a place others can enjoy, too. We hope you love it here as much as we do.
