7 NIGHT STAYS DURING PRIME SUMMER MONTHS
With a private pier, buoy, lush lawn, hot tub, and enviable location situated amongst the evergreen forest, Peaceful Waters stands out as one of the best lakefront vacation rental homes in Lake Tahoe. Perfect for a group of up to 12, with 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, this gorgeous, West Shore property provides all the comforts and conveniences.
Located in the tiny town of Tahoma, Peaceful Waters offers both privacy and easy access to several pristine state parks, renowned hiking and Nordic skiing trails, restaurants, and the paved bike path into Tahoe City, located just 8 miles to the north.
You’ll be greeted with stunning views of crystal blue waters and rugged mountain peaks as you enter this classic, Old-Tahoe style home. Open the sliding doors across the great room, dining room, and kitchen to invite the crisp, pine-scented air inside. Marvel at the rising moon from the end of the pier or the hot tub on the deck.
The lodge-style house features a rugged architectural design that’s perfect for those who love the great outdoors. The granite rock fireplace, wooden floors and beams, large windows, and rustic décor evoke the best of life in the High Sierras.
An open floor plan allows for easy entertaining and the large, well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for multiple cooks to work at the same time. A center island provides comfortable seating for 5, while the nearby wet bar adds another level of entertainment convenience. The dining table is set up for 10, and 2 additional chairs can be added for a group of 12.
The primary King bedroom suite is on the entry level, with a TV, gas fireplace, large walk-in closet, work space, and lakefront patio. Two more King suites are located upstairs, each with private bathrooms, TVs, and lakeside balconies.
The kids will enjoy (and adults will appreciate!) having their own upstairs room to chatter late into the evening, in the spacious bunkroom with a Double-on-bottom / Twin-on-top bunk bed and separate Queen bed. A TV and fuzzy beanbag chairs complete this fun space. Down the hall, there’s a lake view bedroom with 2 Twin beds. The bunkroom and Twin bedroom share a full guest bathroom in the hallway.
Laundry facilities and two half bathrooms are available on the entry level.
1-car garage available. A spacious driveway-parking is limited to 12 spaces.
*Please note that the adjacent studio guest house is not available for rental use.*
