Central-aired. Swimming pool, tennis court, and gym are in the premise. Laundry room is in the parking lot, directly cross the condo. Next to Turtle Walkway Park, 1.5 miles to downtown, 4 miles to Bird Key beach, 8.5 miles to Siesta Key beach. Plenty of grocery and convenience stores around the corner. Peaceful and quiet community.

Sarasota stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Condo hosted by Ha. She was a great host and very responsive to any problems or needs we had during our 3 month stay. The condo was well furnished and well located. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
