This listing was exactly as advertised. Pet friendly, three bedrooms, den, kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms. It's a little off the beaten path of Apalachicola, but not too far from town that we didn't get to enjoy our stay. And the price was fabulous! Normally we pay almost twice as much for 5 blocks closer and not as much room! The property manager was fabulous too! We didn't need any extras - but we knew she was available if we did!

The house and all the appliances seem new. Just as the listing indicated. Only issue is the location: away from downtown and the neighborhood can potentially feel uncomfortable. It is definitely the best house in the area.

Perfect place to stay in Apalachicola

We had an amazing experience with our stay! The customer service was top-notch with both the owner and the property manager, and the listing exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in Apalachicola. It’s even perfect for St George Island or Eastpoint as the drive to anywhere is quick and easy. We were close to the beach, shopping and the events on both islands! Bonus- the home is so cute and clean. It was perfect for me and my family!

We were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and my husbands 54th birthday. We had a lovely stay. Weather didn't cooperate, but hey, what can you do. It's the weather, you make the best of the situation.

Lovely cottage, sketchy neighborhood

Host gave us the wrong address. Was a real hassle finding the place. The neighborhood was unattractive.

Many apologizes for the one digit off on the address. I was very embarrassed on my end I was just boarding airplane in Washington DC after my mothers funeral and thankfully the owner was able to get you right in the home. The neighborhood is older side of the historic Apalachicola yes sir. We are so glad you did enjoy the cottage the owners try to make sure everything is provided!
