Perfect spot for our extended family visiting for University of Dayton graduation weekend. Very clean, comfortable and spacious for everyone. Plenty of parking and kitchen amenities for everyone. 20 minutes to campus was easy and plenty of restaurant options nearby. Highly recommend.

Very spacious and clean

Plenty of clean usable spaces both inside and out. The family loved king size beds in every room. We all wished we could have spent more time enjoying the backyard and sun room.

This place was fabulous. Seemed much bigger than the pictures. The hosts were fantastic. They live nearby so any issues we did have were dealt with immediately. They accommodated us with 1 day notice due to our prior rental falling through the day before our trip. The house is stocked with everything that you need. They even had coffee, sugar and creamer ready to go. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Well worth the rates. 1st floor master for those that can't do steps.

Paradise Found

Our stay at the Farmhouse was truly an amazing and relaxing vacation.The drive up into the home property is beautiful, full of trees, gorgeous farmland, peaceful evenings and peaceful mornings, breathtaking views. Well maintained property and lots of fresh air, so healthy.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. And a very nice clean grill ready for use.Each room had TVs, comfortable beds gave us good nights rest, fresh sheets and fluffy soft towels in each restroom. The living rooms offer comfortable relaxing sofas and a sunroom to enjoy our morning coffee and watch nature and the sunrise.Keri and Matt are amazing host, beautiful people with beautiful hearts.I’m looking forward to our next stay with enthusiasm.More personal note, I’m a cancer patient from a major city approaching surgery and, now inspired to plan for a more peaceful environment like the farmhouse in my future.I cannot wait to go back.My family and I loved our stay.Thank you Keri and Matt thank you so much from all my heart.
