We had a great time at Beach Blessings! The home was perfect for our group of 6. The kids loved the toys and all the puzzles. My favorite part was the swing overlooking the ocean view. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the direct beach access and fenced in yard for our children! 7 minute drive to Seaside. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and toys provided!

The view was wonderful andcommunication was great. Being an older property it has surely had tons of renters over the years! For that reason it could use a little TLC... kitchen drawers, outdoor cushion replacement, exterior light bulbs, , etc... nothing worth complaining about, just my input! The house was well stocked with towels, etc... and beach access is just what anyone would want!

Our family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children, had a marvelous time at Beach Blessings. The house worked perfectly for our spring break. The location on the beach was great as the mostly private beach area had plenty of room to enjoy the sand and sun. Close enough to restaurants and shops to use bikes, and that is important as this area of 30A has a huge traffic problem during parts of the day. We found the house to have everything we needed, and was extremely quiet even with the 3 kids. No complaints at all with this rental. Will visit again for sure.

We had a good stay overall, but a couple of issues kept it from being great. The listing advertises a “private beach”, which isn’t accurate - beach is shared, same as most other properties in that area I hear. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing going in so you’re not expecting something exclusive. You have to get up really early to get beach frontage which was something we didn’t expect since was our first trip there! The hot water tank is too small for the number of guests that the house sleeps. With multiple people trying to shower to go out for dinner, we ran out of hot water quickly and had to stagger showers to make it work. The kitchen itself was great, but the staple cookware is somewhat outdated – pots and pans with worn nonstick coating.The ocean view though is great and the house very roomy!

Amazing family retreat

Celebrating college graduation. The views and beach access were incredible. Comfortable beds with updated bathrooms. One of our best trips. Would highly recommend for those loving the beach.

A fantastic cottage!

This was one of the best vacations we have had on 30A. The adorable cottage was clean and organized and the owners were quick to respond if we had any questions at all. So convenient to our favorite restaurants and hang outs too! It was perfect for our two families and all of our kids traveling with us.

Our mini vacay sure was a beach blessing!

We were thrilled with our accommodations! Everything was very clean, comfortable and organized! The weather was also great! We enjoyed some much needed quiet and tranquil rest. Beach Blessings will be on the top of our list for our next time to the beautiful 30a.
