This townhome is a very clean & spacious remodeled gem located in the Colter Close community in Central Phoenix. This neighborhood is in a gated community and offers a community pool and hot tub. The location is convenient to everything Central Phoenix has to offer. With easy access to the light rail, the I-17 & 51 Fwy, you can be downtown or at the airport in less than 15mins. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, hiking and entertainment venues nearby that make this a great location for easy living. This is a very spacious townhome with 4 large bedrooms (each bedroom has a smart TV) 3 full bathrooms, loads of closet and storage space. The bedroom on the main floor is currently set up as an office but there is a comfortable queen sized air mattress available to make for extra sleeping space if needed.
