Capable of comfortably hosting groups of up to 10, this beautifully updated 100 year old home is located just two blocks from downtown Southern Pines and boasts—among its many favorable features—4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, and a private backyard oasis.

Plenty of space for larger groups! This home features 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms, including a first-floor bedroom (queen) and en suite bathroom. The additional 3 bedrooms (1 king + futon, 1 double, and 1 queen + double) are located on the second floor and share hallway access to the second full bathroom.

The well-appointed kitchen and adjoining dining room are perfect for home cooked meals when not enjoying the nearby restaurants. The large but cozy living room offers plenty of seating for everyone to watch a movie or big game on the 65" smart TV. Just off the living room is the sunroom, which is the perfect place for sipping a cup of coffee in the morning or just enjoying some fresh air!

The private, fenced-in back yard is great for pets and outdoor get-togethers.

Great home away from home

This house was very comfortable. The beds are great and the kitchen as well stocked for cooking meals. The backyard is private and there’s a wonderful patio area to hang outside with family. This was truly a home away from home and within walking distance to all the Restaurants and shops in downtown Southern Pines. We will definitely be visiting here again.

Nice family time

We enjoyed our stay in Southern Pines. The house accommodated our family well and enjoyed the proximity of the downtown area just a few blocks away. The Grandchildren enjoyed the nearby playground. We were not big fans of the memory foam beds but otherwise was a great stay!

Fantastic accommodation in Sopi!

We loved this property within easy walking distance to downtown Southern Pines. The house was exactly as described. The bedrooms fit our family well for the long weekend. The kitchen was well appointed with all the necessities for cooking meals, and there was more than enough living space for our family and friends. Finally, the outdoor space was the perfect setting for visiting as well.

Best VRBO ever!

We all agree this was the best house we have ever rented. It was stylish, CLEAN, centrally located to parks, food, ice cream, etc… the outside entertaining area was so fun and the living area was spacious and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything needed to make meals and clean up easy. All four bedrooms were spacious with three beds being foam mattresses with comfortable linens and quilts. This place was exceptionally clean. I CANNOT recommend it enough. We will suddenly be staying here again.

Great house walkable to town

This house is great for families or in our case, traveling with an elderly person. First floor bedroom with private bath is perfect for people who can’t navigate stairs. Three good sized bedrooms upstairs that can accommodate many with comfy beds. Living room is large so everyone can spread out. Don’t worry about your fur babies as the yard is totally fenced in. Only two blocks from town; totally walkable. The host, Linda, is attentive and wants to make sure your stay is comfortable. We will be back!

Lovely home with a vintage feel and all the amenities. Family was able to spread out or be cozy with conversation in the living room. Dining room and patio were perfect for our holiday gathering. Fenced yard was a plus. Owners thought of everything. Would stay again.
