Welcome to our beautiful lakefront condo, where you can enjoy stunning views and peaceful surroundings. NO STAIRS, this condo is on the ground level. The condo is conveniently located close to downtown Branson which includes many popular attractions, including restaurants, shops and outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing and boating on the lake. We hope you will make yourself at home and enjoy all that our condo and the surrounding area has to offer. We look forward to hosting you! The space: Our condo features a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms with comfortable beds. The balcony is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake. Guest access: You will have access to the entire condo during your stay. This includes all common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and balcony, as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. You will also have access to a shared outdoor pool that is only 50 yards from the front door. Additionally, you will have access to "The Club at Emerald Pointe" that has a tennis court.

POSITIVESHost: Tiara was quick to respond and addressed issues promptly. She was outstanding and apologized for all the issues -most out of her control.Location: Lakeside with beautiful unobstructed views. Amenities as described.Essentials: Condo was thoughtfully stocked with hand soap, dish and laundry detergent, shampoo/ conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, extra blankets, and bath and beach towels. NEGATIVESCleanliness: All bedding had long hairs and dirty black specks throughout. One twin bed appeared unwashed with stained comforter and food crumbs between the sheets. Clumps of long hair around kitchen chair legs, food crumbs on floor, dead bugs around furniture, and trash behind couch. Vacuum had no suction. Floors didn’t appear mopped. Wet paper towels turned brown after a couple wipes and sock bottoms became brown from walking inside condo. Tiara offered to have the cleaning company return, but rather than spending several hours with the cleaners in the condo during our vacation, I chose to wash the bedding myself and spot-clean the floors.Maintenance: Handyman came by for repairs 2 out of the 4 mornings we were at the condo. The hot water heater failed -no hot water our 1st night & following morning. New water heater installed by mid-afternoon. Second morning handyman returned to repair slow bathtub drains.Construction: On Sunday, construction equipment outside the bedroom windows produced loud backup beeping for much of the day.

Beautiful!

Greeted by one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve seen in recent memory. Property was spotless. Towels and linens clean and fresh. Had everything needed for a great stay.For us, it was perfect for a member of our family with mobility challenges. Handicap parking right out front and no stairs to the unit.Communication was outstanding. Codes all set up prior to arrival. Very responsive.Highly highly recommend.

the condo was perfect for our stay, the only set back , there is no outside grill, the grill is an electric one. I was needing to cook 8 steaks at a time. Overall would stay here again. Tiara is very helpful, always responded quickly to any questions. I understand the grill may be a safety issue.Thank you Tiara for all you assistance
