Accommodating up to 6 guests, this cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom retreat boasts a spacious layout featuring a full-sized kitchen for all your culinary needs, a dining table ideal for family meals or après-ski gatherings, and a welcoming living area centered around a stone surround wood fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes. Conveniently located, downtown Breckenridge is just a short walk away, where you can explore charming shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Alternatively, you're just steps away from the summer hiking and biking trails making Tyra Aspen Condo the perfect year-round getaway.

Great place, the snowboard in/out is probably the best situation in all of Breck. This place is older, in great condition, clean, exactly what you'd expect. You should definitely stay here!

Good place to stay

Perfect location. Due to unexpected snowstorm in Dallas our trip got canceled. So our grandson who lives in Denver went to check it all out as to not waste it.

Great Stay for a Small Group

We normally stay close to Snowflake lift and this was a great option. There were two of us, but four would fit comfortably. Six is possible, but it'd be tight. Everything was in working order and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. I must've missed it in the description, but there's a washer/dryer in the unit, which is nice. Snowflake lift is about a 3min downhill walk and from Four O'Clock Run you could literally ski into the master bedroom if you wanted to--otherwise it's an easy walk around the corner to the front door. The management agency was really responsive to any questions we had. We'd absolutely stay here again, but I'd bring slippers for the cold floors (maybe it was just me--my kid didn't complain).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's located near the chair lift, but walking is required. Ski-in works, Ski-out not as much - a walk to the chair lift is required.As far as the place itself is concerned, it's quite frankly run down and the entire place needs extensive remodeling. It's a bit stuffy in the place (although there are plenty of windows) but airing out does not seem to help. Unpleasant chemical smell on first day. The master bedroom mattress seems worn out. Did not use Club house or hot tub.
