We had a great stay at Kaelin's cozy studio. Everything from check in to check out was great. The studio was clean and just as the pictures show.We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay, the studio was just as described . Clean, comfortable and functional . Love that it is walking distance to downtown Nevada City . Also enjoyed the colorful, artsy neighborhood, specifically the neighbor next door. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was represented well in the photos, and it was close to town which was great. The host was communicative via the app and lives above the unit which was comforting. It was a bit warm when we stayed in August and the air conditioning unit did its job.

The place is amazing and in a great location for walking into town. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. It is a perfect place for a long weekend or an extended stay. We plan on returning for another visit. I highly recommend this location.

Great Studio

We loved our stay. The studio was cozy and we loved the natural gas fireplace.In addition, the property is in an excellent location. It is very close to downtown Nevada City and has easy access to Highway 49.We had a very relaxing stay!

Spacious, clean, studio in a quiet, leafy, neighborhood, with a superbly comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. Enjoyed the quiet, while also an easy walk into the center of town.
