This home offered an excellent location to the beach and had so many wonderful amenities with the pool ping-pong table, foosball table, outdoor shower and amazing porches. There were also plenty of beach towels which was great . I highly recommend staying here.

The house was everything we need. Across the street from the beach, a pool to cool off, bars and restaurants right down the street. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms, would definitely stay here again if we come back down this way.

Went for a long weekend with 10 friends for a bachelorette trip. Incredible house, great amenities and plenty of space in each bedroom and living/dining areas. Very walkable neighborhood and great neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great new construction

This was a great property for all the family scattered around to come together for a week! We loved that is was a new construction and the attention to details! The proximity to the beach was amazing! Because it’s managed/owned by a company rather than an individual communication was not as prompt or as responsive as I would have liked.

Beautiful home! Well maintained and furnished. It still smells brand new! Fantastic and convenient location! We also had a great experience with Lighting Bugz. In addition to renting the cart on property, we rented a second gas cart. Both were great! Since we rented over Christmas, Carolina One left a lovely and thoughtful gift for our family. I would highly recommend this property!!

Roomy and comfortable, with space to be alone if desired. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pool floats and toys, a wagon to carry stuff to the beach, two great porches and a swing on the main level. It fit us perfectly!
