Hi Tina, Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad you found the home clean and well kept. Regarding the outdoor area, the canopy damage was caused by recent stormy weather and high winds, which unfortunately couldn’t have been foreseen. We understand your concern about the pool and hot tub as well—outdoor areas can be impacted by weather and pigeons, though we do have deterrents in place and the pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. To respect guest privacy, maintenance isn’t scheduled during stays unless requested. Once you reached out, we were happy to promptly address your concerns so you could fully enjoy the pool and spa. We appreciate your stay and are glad we could take care of everything during your visit. We’d love the opportunity to host you again for an even better experience.
