Summary:

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish newly renovated space. On the Mandalay Channel and 4 blocks from the beach, this fresh take on a one-bedroom apartment will delight. The new kitchen is well appointed to serve your meal prep needs and a high-top live edge table is a happy gathering place for friends and family. This space can be rented along with the adjoining unit.



The Space:

Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.

Enjoy the newly completed heated pool located right outside of the unit.

Laundry room is located on the far side of the building and is free for guests to use.



Getting Around:

Jolley Trolley is nearby and includes the Publix grocery store on its line. Check the website for rates and map.

Great Location

The location is fantastic. Very Clean. Close to everything. Only complaint is that we were told there was a sofa bed, which it just was a regular sofa. Luckily, it worked for us.

Bayside, View 3

It said there was construction but the step up to apartment was gone and there was wood and pipes right outside the door when we came out so you had to be very careful and had to walk behind and other side of building because it was all dirt and pipes layed out on our side of building. Never mentioned it would be an obstacle course to get in the door.Furniture is very uncomfortable, bed is comfortable and 2 big tv’s but would loose streaming connection. Dirt out side everywhere because under construction. You can hear the people upstairs walking around, annoying in the late evening. The bath could use a couple shelves to put your toiletries on because only pedestal sink. Also nothing to put suitcases on in bedroom except 1 dresser so had to bring stools from eating area.It may be nice when finished but would not rent again.The description was deceiving.
