The Space:
This newly built tiny home beautifully blends classic charm with modern amenities. The refinished hardwood floors matches the walls of the house and complements new top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures.
The layout is thoughtfully designed, with the entire house on one level. The house features a kitchen, and a nice dining area with a table again the wall, and a bed just steps away. Whether you decide to enjoy a night in or explore Portland's fantastic dining scene, this home provides the perfect setting for relaxation and socializing.

The Neighborhood:
Our charming home is nestled in the idyllic Division/Clinton district, also known as the Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood on local maps. Just four blocks away lies the historic Ladd's Addition, known for its beautiful rose gardens and unique diagonal street layout. While our home is situated on a bustling street, walking one block north will bring you to a serene residential area.
You'll be steps away from some of Portland's finest restaurants, eclectic shopping, and convenient grocery stores, all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the vibrant local culture with nearby cafes, boutiques, and farmers' markets. The area is also well-served by public transit, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Whether you're looking for a quiet stroll through tree-lined streets or an evening out at a trendy eatery, our neighborhood offers the perfect blend of urban excitement and residential tranquility.
Getting Around:
This prime location offers a variety of convenient transportation options to help you explore the city with ease. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with a walk score of 92, allowing you to enjoy a wide range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options just a short stroll away.
