About this property

You'll be able to relax or work, and enjoy all that Boulder has to offer in this spacious 1850 sq. ft. ranch style, duplex home in a quiet North Boulder neighborhood. Cool off in the communal pool during the summer and enjoy the convenience of parking in the attached garage in the winter. Our East facing patio is a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and an evening meal in the afternoon shade. Available for monthly rental (30+ days only). We do allow one well-behaved pet with an extra fee.

This home is located in a quiet, residental area but offers many of the amenties of being downtown. You are steps away from bus transportation and within walking distance (about .3 miles) of several coffee shops, restaurants and a major grocery store. Paved bike and walking paths, along with tennis courts and two playgrounds, are within a short 5-10 minute walk. Two cruiser style bikes are available for use in the garage along with some basic pool toys.

Historic Pearl St. - 3.2 miles, Univ. of Colorado - 3.8 miles, Boulder Reservoir - 3.9 miles. Estes Park and Rocky Mountain NP is 35 miles away. Location has very easy access to Hwy 36 and Hwy 119.

The main floor offers an open, uncluttered floor plan, with vaulted ceilings, skylights and plenty of natural lighting. Our home is ideal for the business traveler who needs an office or two couples to share as both master bedrooms have king size beds and each has a washroom nearby. The main floor master bedroom has a new king size pillow top mattress/bed, large, lighted closet. Adjacent is a full bath and office/bedroom with extra long single bed.

Downstairs you'll find a king size master suite with new furniture including a king pillow top mattress and second television. The king bedroom has an open floor plan with adjacent office/playroom. You do need to walk through the king bedroom to access the fourth bedroom and second bath. The fourth bedroom is suitable for younger children with trundle beds. There are puzzles, toys and books suitable for toddlers and younger kids.

Feeling at home in Beautiful Boulder . . . Great host!

Beverly was a very kind and conscientious host. Even pumped up tires on the bikes and lowered the seat for me. We felt very much at home in north Boulder … only minutes away from everything. There is a great bike and hike trail that goes behind the neighborhood. We stayed here a month and it wasn’t nearly long enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Palo Park

A very nice homey place in a great neighborhood and a good location in Boulder. We felt completely at home during our stay and the owner was very responsive in communications. We would definitely stay here again.

Boulder trip

In town for Ironman boulder. Great location close to reservoir and within a couple of minutes driving to pearl street. Property was great kids had a blast with the toys. Would stay again if returning to the area

My husband and I manage this home rental for my retired parents who reside in this home during the winter months. We strive to keep the home extremely clean and in tip-top condition for our guests. We live minutes away and quickly help with anything you need.

I am a stay at home mom of two kids, run a small e-commerce business and love any opportunity to get out in nature to camp, bike, hike or play a round of golf. My husband is a licensed contractor, master carpenter, and talented chef.

I have been managing short and long-term rentals for friends and family for the past 20 years. I am hospitality focused and strive to have our guests feel completely at "home".

My family has lived in this North Boulder location (we reside just down the street ) for almost 20 years. We love this neighborhood - it is full of families with young kids. The parks (playgrounds) nearby are wonderful and access to bike trails makes getting around town a breeze.

Why they chose this property

My parents purchased this home so they would have a comfortable, convenient place to stay while visiting us. Their comments about the house: "We are so pleased that we do not need to drag our luggage and groceries across parking lots, up stairways or in elevators, and/or down long hallways. We just park our car in our spacious 2 car attached garage. Our kitchen is steps away from the garage and our laundry closet is on the first floor. We are also delighted that we can access Boulder's great bus system about 1/2 block from our home. The buses take us all around Boulder and also to the Denver Airport!! Our daughter and her family have lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years and love the location, too! "

What makes this property unique

This house is located in a quiet, residential area. It is furnished to be senior friendly with comfort height furniture & bathroom fixtures along with grab bars in the upstairs bathroom. It is also infant and child friendly with cribs & a play area for children. Two cribs, a changing table, 2 highchairs, and a baby gate for the stairs, plus some toys for ages 1 - 6 are available.

The laundry is on the first floor and has a new washer/dryer. The kitchen is easily accessed from the two car garage. There is abundant lighting in all the rooms from the windows/ skylights and numerous light fixtures.

The kitchen is very well stocked with every gadget and appliance you should need. Their is a pantry closet off the kitchen with space for all your needs.
