We are a mother and daughter who bought this property because we love beach living and everything about Saint Augustine. We love staying here, working from here and entertaining guests and our hope is that one day Mom can retire here and enjoy it full time. Until then, we spend as much time as we can enjoying all that Saint Augustine has to offer. We love having a place that our guests can enjoy as much as we do!

A Shore Thing townhouse is steps away from the ocean-a true beach getaway in quaint Saint Augustine Beach. Modern and updated with all the amenities from home like a private garage, pool, and stocked with all the beach toys you need. Walk to the beach or some of the best local restaurants in the area. Historic Saint Augustine has dozens of tourist attractions, plus great food and shopping. The Saint Augustine Amphitheatre gets some of the best live music acts touring the country. So much to do for couples, families or someone who just wants to work from sunny Florida.
