Welcome to this peaceful 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom north end home directly across from the beach access. Wonderful spot for sunrises and shark tooth hunting. Come enjoy the upper deck with it's porch swing and outdoor dining area. Grill up lunch or dinner on the gas grill. Rinse off the salt and sand in the private outdoor shower. Property has covered parking in the carport. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. Each of the 2 guest bedrooms have a queen bed. There is a full bathroom upstairs. The half bath and laundry room are downstairs. Great location, close to shopping and downtown! Relax in this comfortable Amelia Island home.
