If you have ever visited Rosemary, then you know PARKING IS A HASSLE, here you can park directly in front of the CARRIAGE HOUSE.

PET FRIENDLY, KID FRIENDLY: Carriage House provides approximately 800 Sq ft of living space. The main floor is a large open area for relaxing, dining, watching TV and includes a queen sleeper sofa, bunk room (sleeps 2) a full bathroom, and a full kitchen with a bar.

The second floor has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom.

Out side you will find a large enclosed yard with a gas grill, and a hot tub.

This Carriage House is equipped with a rinnai hot water heater, which means you will never run out of hot water, no matter how many people.

The Carriage house is located between the indoor pool and the Cabanna Pool. Down town Rosemary is approximately a two to three minute walk and the beach is about a five to six min. walk.

We loved Rosemary Beach! The location was perfect easy to walk anywhere. Since we have not been there before I asked a lot of questions on how to get around in the community with the key card. I could have used a little more detail or documentation, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
