-We also do NOT allow hosting parties in the haus.
-Currently there is NO deposit; HOWEVER, WE WILL CHARGE A $300.00 additional cleaning fee to deep clean if this rule is violated by our guests. Please help us maintain this standard.
-There are 420 friendly places around... WE ARE NOT!

The perfect house in the perfect location! The parking in the driveway, the spotless interior and the beach access across the street made our stay absolutely wonderful. Great communication from Susan and a seamless check in. I will definitely be staying here again any time I am back in St Aug!

AMAZING!! Walked across the street to the beach, 2 min walk max. Host had all the necessities in case we forgot the basics (soaps, coffee, extra chairs, blankets, etc.). Additionally the hosts were great about getting us information for check in, out, and local restaurants! Would absolutely stay again.

Our host was a great communicator, she made everything easy and we felt welcomed. The house is AMAZING. Light and bright with great decor. There were lots of supplies for day to day living including great coffee. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms roomy, and the location just right. It took about three minutes to get to the beach. If you are even thinking about renting this house, do it. You will be glad that you did!!

Awesome place just far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and quiet. Could use some additional comfortable seating in the living area instead of the swinging chair especially when four adults were present. Could also use a few additional cooking utensils in the kitchen, but a quick trip to the dollar store down the street remedied that situation and was our contribution to the house. Host was a great communicator.
