The property was very clean! Great setup with a small patio and two chairs facing the river just off the living room and a small balcony and two chairs overlooking the river on the main bedroom. Great for a getaway and close to St Augustine for frequent visits to tour around town. Great hosts that take pride in their property! Definitely keeping this one on our list for another trip sometime.

Great fishing and close to beaches!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week here. The pool was amazing looking over the water and watching the boats go by. We saw dolphins and manatee right off the dock. Would definitely stay again!

Such a relaxing trip

Had a wonderful time with my family. The location was perfect, we were able to see dolphins on the river and the beach was not crowded. Definitely will do it again.

Beautiful place on the river near the ocean. Kayaks, chairs, beach toys , lovely pool. Quiet,

Very good visit, adults through 8 year child. We watched dolphins play and sunsets from the patio. We would definitely go there again.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's close by to so many things (beach, St. Augustine, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). It was a quiet complex, and the views of the river are amazing, especially in the evening. The condo had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Christie & Shawn's place. It was quiet and very comfy. First day there we saw dolphins swimming by the docks! Communication was great with our hosts. We spent both days in St Augustine, not a bad drive, maybe 15-20 minutes. It wasn't a problem with us, but it should be noted that both bedrooms are upstairs, in case anyone has issues with stairs. Again, loved the stay!! Thank you Christie and Shawn.

Great location and plenty of room with teens

Very comfortable place with easy access to beach and pool. There was enough room to spread out or cook or lounge on the patio or balconies. Hosts were responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect beach location!

This beautiful y townhouse condo was in a great location for visiting St Augustine and beyond . It was roomy, comfortably and clean . The pictures are accurate and I would definitely stay there again .

Very quiet and relaxing trip

The house had everything we needed for our stay. The area was quiet and our children enjoyed the pool while my husband enjoyed the dock for fishing. The views of the inter-coastal are beautiful. The beach was a five minute walk down the road and never crowded. We would definitely stay again.

few day getaway with niece and family fishing and fun

Very nice place, comfortable beds and all the things you need,towels,coffee,creamers,plenty of extra pillows and blankets is awesome,kept us nice and cool,very restful place, kids loved fishing on dock and we had two boats that we went out everyday,pool was great and huge,nice people staying there, kids made friends with other boys staying there. Great memories made,Kristy was great and let us check in early.

Gorgeous Views

We recently spent 3 nights here at this lovely place, with gorgeous views of the water. Location is excellent in close proximity to wonderful restaurants and the beach. My husband had a great time using his fishing kayak. We saw several dolphins. Would highly recommend!!!!

Perfect getaway

The condo was perfect! Very clean and very well stocked. Beautiful water views of the intercoastal. Very quite and peaceful. Just what we wanted and needed. Christie the host was very nice and always available if needed. Our first time to Crescent Beach and we will be back!
