Equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, living space and private entrance in the historical Pearson`s building.

Details: King with full bathroom in the hall directly next to the bedroom.

Large courtyard anchored by majestic olive trees.

The Jasmine has been lovingly restored to keep the elegance of yesteryear with all the modern luxuries and conveniences. It`s charming, well appointed. and secure. A custom kitchen with a refrigerator, gas cook top, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, dishes and utensils. We provide soaps and towels, coffee, chocolates and wine! You are sure to enjoy sweet dreams in our king & queen plush pillow top mattress dressed with the best quality linens. The suite is located in the historic Pearson`s 1886 building is on Bell Street between the Union Hotel and Clementine Carter, formally Casa Dumetz.

Self check in lockbox. Shared private courtyard with two other units.

I`m available through text, app or email and in person if there`s an emergency.

Every weekend we have a coffee airstream at the entrance!

We stayed in town for a wedding at the Union Hotel. The Jasmine apt. was absolutely perfect! From the decor to the outdoor garden area, quaint, quiet and comfortable! Top notch. Thank you Jordan.

The residence is very impressive - equipped with quality appliances and utensils, nice tableware and glassware, comfortable couch and chairs and maybe the most comfortable bed and linens we’ve ever experienced in a rental. And there’s a great sense of eclectic, rustic but utilitarian design throughout. The outside space is peaceful and private.

Amazing stay!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Jordan's place. It was very clean, and felt like home. You could tell he put effort into the details. The bed was very comfortable, and a great amount of space for two people. The shared patio was very nice, and space felt very private. Excellent location; in the nicest stretch of Bell Street in my opinion. Jordan was also very quick with communication, and gave us great recommendations. We would definitely stay again!
