A wonderful beach cottage

We loved staying here! So close to the beach and walking distance to main Street Manzanita, the perfect location! The place was clean, and exactly what we were looking for and hope to stay here again next time we're on the coast!

1. elec outlets are totally worn outand barely allow stuff to be plugged in - this is a real hazard/ insane. 2. oven seal is bad and smoke goes everywhere3. fridge runs constantly - needs coils cleaned?4. FIREWOOD! please remind the guests they need to bring to BYO5. smells faintly of cigarettes which was totally unexpected and gross

This is an older property and reasonably priced for the area. We read previous reviews which accurately described the property and it met our expectations with the following exceptions: most of the electric outlets in the bedrooms were not useful as they were loose and would not keep a connection with the plugs, making it difficult to charge phones and run Cpaps; the deck furniture was in poor condition and unusable; the vertical blinds over the sliding glass door were very old and brittle with several missing slats (leaving wide gaps and little privacy). The property was clean when we arrived, but would benefit from some deep cleaning.

perfect location!

This is a nice little beach house. It's a little worn, but still comfortable. The location couldn't be better; you walk out the door, cross the road, and you're in the dunes. Beds were changed, directions for managing dogs were clear, and just inside the door.
