My grown children and spouses, grandchildren, wife and myself had a great week at Little Sebago! Wonderful host and property with nice access to two beaches/docks! So much fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and responsive. We would advise any seniors with mobility issues that there are steps to and within the house. My wife had recently had hip replacement surgery and although able to navigate the steps, we had to purchase an elevated toilet seat as the toilets are very low. This is not a complaint, just something we have been paying attention to through our travels and making sure that the accommodations we choose are senior friendly.It is a phenomenal location, far enough from the noise of traffic, but close enough that you can access every convenience within minutes.

We rented this home as an overflow for our high school graduate as we welcomed family in for a week of events. It worked for us and provided the extra room we needed as well as a fun afternoon of playing on the lake with the kayaks and paddle boards. Communication with the host was excellent, they were very responsive to a few minor issues we encountered on our stay. The property is situated on a very steep hill - the driveway is not for the faint of heart and we laughed every time we backed down. Not a problem for us but anyone with mobility issues may struggle with this property. There was a flight of stairs on the outer deck to get inside and a flight of stairs alongside the driveway if you are going up and down to the road. House was cozy and the deck was fantastic. The kitchen was minimally outfitted, but had what we need to cook most meals. Home included beach towels, lawn games, card and board games, and hang out spaces on multiple floors which is great for a multigenerational group. This is a truly residential neighborhood with many folks who live here year round and you will want to respect the slow roads and quiet evenings. Even with all the proximity, there is a pretty private backyard space. Made our daughter's graduation week special and fun for our out of town guests!
