The location is perfect because it is a short walk to Vanderbilt beach, there are so many things to do for nightlife and restaurants that are really a short drive from the property.

What makes this property unique

I take pride in my property and the attention to details do matter! My property is literally a little slice of heaven, the open floor plan that is kept up to date and in pristine condition to the landscaping in the front and back of house to the full-sized brightest blue water that is heated for those cooler days in Florida. The convenience of having everything you need in my property, just bring yourself!
