About this property

"Butterfly Beach" one level home on Cape San Blas, steps to beach, no stairs

Enjoy our new home... a five-minute walk to white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. House is decorated in "pottery barn style" on south end of Cape San Blas in quiet Surfside Estates. Butterfly Beach is within five-minute walking distance to both the gulf and St. Joseph Bay. We are not pet-friendly.

Nearby enjoy Salinas Park with pickleball, nature board walks, sunsets on the pier, horseback riding on the beach and beach access. Kayak rentals nearby and beach gear and bicycles can be delivered to your door. Ride a bike or walk on sidewalk the entire length of the cape stopping for fresh steamed shrimp, burgers or barbecue at one of the restaurants along the way. We have Wi-Fi. The great room has a 75-inch smart TV. Main bedroom has king suite with walk-in closet, smart TV and private bath. Two guest bedrooms share a bath. One guest room has two queens and a walk-in closet. Second has a work desk, closet and one queen bed. Outdoors find a patio with gas fire pit, Adirondak chairs and a gas grill.

This home is perfect! The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. We traveled with our adult children and all the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the beaches. The host are very caring and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. There wasn’t anything lacking about this home. Most definitely will be staying again.

Beautiful house in a great location!

This house was gorgeous! Everything we could've possibly needed was provided and the area was just beautiful as well as centrally located. The laundry room, fully stocked kitchen, and three bedrooms provided plenty of room for our family. The beach items provided were very handy as well. One thing we really loved was the reasonable check out procedures. We're already looking forward to next year and we plan to stay in the house again.

We are a semi-retired couple who wishes to share our slice of heaven with you. Butterfly Beach is a rare find on Cape San Blas built on one level with no stairs.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy the white sand beaches and pristine blue waters. We enjoy nature walks and kayaking adventures...fishing...scalloping in the bay...bike riding...horseback riding on the beach and just hanging out on our patio with the Adirondak chairs and fire pit.

What makes this property unique

Butterfly Beach is in an X Flood Zone (which means our property is a bit higher above sea level than most) allowing us to build on one level with no stairs. Perfect for seniors with aching joints.
