This property was perfect for our family vacation. It was much bigger than pictured, newly renovated and clean, and the location was perfect and walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We loved the rooftop and enjoyed the Bbq and fire pit. I would 100% book again!

Sounds like this one was a perfect match for your family vacation — and even better in person than in the photos, which is always a nice surprise. That walkable location near the beach, restaurants, and shopping is hard to beat, and the rooftop with the BBQ and fire pit sounds like the ideal spot to wind down the day. We'd be thrilled to have you back whenever your next trip comes together.

Property and hosts were amazing! They provided everything you could need for a fun trip. Having so many beach equipment was so convenient as we've stayed other places that charge for chairs/towels/umbrellas. We had the best weekend!

The beach house stay was great. Communication with the host went smoothly. The beach house was as advertised, clean, contained many amenities including air conditioning, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and a wagon to get to and from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances (coffee maker and toaster oven) as well as dishes and pots and pans. The outside roof patio was great providing comfort and views. Overall the house was very clean and provided a great beach week experience for our entire family.

It's fantastic that everything was as advertised and that all those extras, from the bikes and beach chairs to the wagon and beach towels, made getting to and from the sand a breeze. We love that the well-stocked kitchen and that rooftop patio with its views added to the comfort, and that the home felt clean and ready throughout. Thank you for taking the time to share such kind detail, and we'd love to welcome your whole family back for another great beach week anytime!

We had a great time at this beautiful property. The location is amazing and we loved the rooftop space. The property managers were responsive every time we reached out. Our one issue was we were not aware that there would be another unit on top of ours. Unfortunately the people above us had small children that constantly ran around. As the walls were very thin, it did impact our time inside the unit, especially creating early mornings. The property owners were quick to respond to our noise complaints and even gave us a small refund for the noise issues, but there was not much they could do to address the issue as it is a different management company.

That rooftop space with an amazing location made for a great foundation, and we're glad our team stayed responsive throughout! Thank you for your patience with the noise from the neighboring unit, and we've shared your feedback so future guests have clearer expectations about the building setup. We'd love the chance to host you again!

The place was immaculate. It was great to have beach cruisers available to ride although we didn't have time to do that. Good location within walking distance to beaches and the Fun Zone. Would have loved to use the deck but it was a bit too windy in March. We did hear the people in the other unit clomping around but it wasn't too bad. We had three cars so two had to park on the street but we had no trouble finding parking. Worked well for our group of six. Beds were comfortable. Bring eyeshades for sleeping though because all the blinds are white and don't block out much light, especially in the AM. A/C worked great.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We're glad to hear you found the home immaculate and comfortable, and that the location made it easy to walk to the beach and the Fun Zone. It’s great that the beach cruisers, comfortable beds, and A/C helped make your stay enjoyable as well. We appreciate you sharing the notes about parking, light through the blinds, and sound between units—feedback like this helps us continue improving the experience. We’re happy the home worked well for your group and would love to host you again on a future visit.

Great vacation experience overall. The house was spacious and clean, and had everything we wanted / needed to maximize our enjoyment of the beach all week while we were there. Very short walk to the beach and well located for everything in Newport and the Balboa Peninsula. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location one block from beach and one from the bay. The condo is two stories, with one bedroom down and two up. We stayed with five adults and four kids and it was easy to fit everyone with a few blow up mattresses. Do make sure you ask for a few extra towels. The garage is stocked with bikes, boards, and chairs for the beach! The wagon was amazing, we used it every day!

We're so glad you enjoyed the condo and that the location between the beach and the bay was such a winner—you really can't beat being just a block from each. It's great to hear the two-story layout fit your group of nine so comfortably, and that the garage stash of bikes, boards, and beach chairs got put to good use. Sounds like that wagon was the MVP of the trip! Thanks for the tip about requesting extra towels too—helpful for the next guests. We'd love to welcome you all back anytime!
