Great location and very clean! We were there during a nor’easter so we had a few unrelated challenges and the owner provided his phone number and was super responsive even though he was smart and got off island! The bed is comfortable and bathroom is nice. There is a tv but the couch isn’t ideal for more than one person to sit on. It also looks like they might be putting in a stove and making more of a little kitchen area which would be great! There is currently a mini fridge and micro - remember to bring your own utensils and plates. Our only complaint besides the couch was we only had one towel each for about five days but we were told we could have got more downstairs in the main house after the fact - wish we had asked sooner!. The unit is pretty private and we didn’t hear too much from downstairs even though it was occupied by a separate group of people.
