Clean, bright and comfortable.
700 sq feet !
Great for couples, work trips, weddings.

The space

Our new studio is located above the garage attached on the side of the main house.
Private entrance.

There is a small outdoor deck on top of the stairs to the studio.

The interior offers high ceilings, A/C, TV, wifi, cute kitchen, and lots of light. There is a queen sized bed and sofa.




•Bike to town, the harbor, restaurants, shopping, Flying Horses carousel, and the arcade
•Easy drive to State Beach
•10 minutes from the ferry


NEIGHBORHOOD

Oak Bluffs is our favorite town for families visiting the Island - offering some of the best restaurants, ice cream parlors, fun shopping, the historical gingerbread cottages and the famous Flying Horses carousel! The harbor is a great place for a stroll to look at the amazing collection of boats from the Pirate ship to private yachts, and don't miss beautiful Ocean Park with the iconic gazebo which sponsors live musical events. There are many choices for beaches from Inkwell to Eastville. Oak Bluffs hosts many beloved Island events; Illumination Night, Fireworks, Built on Stilts, Harbor Festival, and Tivoli Day. Rain or shine there's plenty to do when you visit Oak Bluffs.


Other things to note-
The owners and their dog live on the property and running small business out of home.
We are available for you as needed.
However, we promise total privacy while you are on vacation.

The check-in is at 4 pm OR LATER .
NOT possible earlier as we work hard to clean and disinfect !

There is absolute NO smoking and PETS on the property.
There is NO extra guests allowed or interacting with on our property.

!!We strongly suggest to purchase a travel insurance !!

Jaws 50th and 3rd Wedding Anniversary

The property was clean, cozy, and quiet. Conveniently close to a couple of bus stops so it was pretty easy to get around the island without a car.

Perfect apartment for 2!

Had a wonderful stay at Nadia’s apartment. The space is over the garage with a private entrance and is a well appointed perfect studio with everything you need. She even provided beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and towels. We had everything we needed!

Great stay, highly recommend

We had an incredible 5 days on the vineyard and this studio was perfect. It was a 30 minute walk to oak bluffs and also convenient for biking, buses and ride shares. The condo is fully stocked and true to the listing. Nadia was exceptionally helpful as a host: she answered my logistics questions before we arrived, had everything you could need, and even though she lives onsite she offered privacy while also being just a text message away. I’d highly reccomend this place.

great communication, super easy check-in, clean, comfortable space. not quite walkable to OB/circuit ave, but an easy 10-minute bike ride. if you like retreating from the noise and crowds at the end of the day, this is your spot! it does have the smallest tv i’ve seen in a long time though — so if you plan to stay in and stream lots of movies, don’t. otherwise, all good!

Are there enough adjectives to describe how much we enjoyed our stay? First, communication with Nadia before and during was flawless. Check-in was easy. Her house is in a quiet neighborhood near to Circuit Avenue and neighboring towns. The studio is as described - and better. The decor is a coastal flair. The studio was so clean! The bedding was phenomenal, comfy and spotless. It all smelled so good! The studio is equipped with all the amenities for the beach, for cooking, for showering. We enjoyed the little outside deck in the afternoon for Happy Hour and in the evening when that full moon was shining. We would stay here again without a doubt!

Awesome Beach Road Weekend

Enjoyed a 4 night stay during Beach Road Weekend at this clean and modern apartment in Oak Bluffs. The location is quiet, but walkable to lots of nice restaurants in the center of town. The units comes with two bikes to use as well and is exactly as described with a comfy bed and plenty of room to relax and enjoy coffee and tea everyday. Thanks to Nadia for being the perfect host!
