The space

Our new studio is located above the garage attached on the side of the main house.
Private entrance.

There is a small outdoor deck on top of the stairs to the studio.

The interior offers high ceilings, A/C, TV, wifi, cute kitchen, and lots of light. There is a queen sized bed and sofa.




•Bike to town, the harbor, restaurants, shopping, Flying Horses carousel, and the arcade
•Easy drive to State Beach
•10 minutes from the ferry


NEIGHBORHOOD

Oak Bluffs is our favorite town for families visiting the Island - offering some of the best restaurants, ice cream parlors, fun shopping, the historical gingerbread cottages and the famous Flying Horses carousel! The harbor is a great place for a stroll to look at the amazing collection of boats from the Pirate ship to private yachts, and don't miss beautiful Ocean Park with the iconic gazebo which sponsors live musical events. There are many choices for beaches from Inkwell to Eastville. Oak Bluffs hosts many beloved Island events; Illumination Night, Fireworks, Built on Stilts, Harbor Festival, and Tivoli Day. Rain or shine there's plenty to do when you visit Oak Bluffs.

The owners and their dog live on the property and running small business out of home.
We are available for you as needed.
However, we promise total privacy while you are on vacation.

The check-in is at 4 pm OR LATER .
NOT possible earlier as we work hard to clean and disinfect !

There is absolute NO smoking and PETS on the property.
There is NO extra guests allowed or interacting with on our property.

Jaws 50th and 3rd Wedding Anniversary

The property was clean, cozy, and quiet. Conveniently close to a couple of bus stops so it was pretty easy to get around the island without a car.

Great stay, highly recommend

We had an incredible 5 days on the vineyard and this studio was perfect. It was a 30 minute walk to oak bluffs and also convenient for biking, buses and ride shares. The condo is fully stocked and true to the listing. Nadia was exceptionally helpful as a host: she answered my logistics questions before we arrived, had everything you could need, and even though she lives onsite she offered privacy while also being just a text message away. I’d highly reccomend this place.

Perfect apartment for 2!

Had a wonderful stay at Nadia’s apartment. The space is over the garage with a private entrance and is a well appointed perfect studio with everything you need. She even provided beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and towels. We had everything we needed!

great communication, super easy check-in, clean, comfortable space. not quite walkable to OB/circuit ave, but an easy 10-minute bike ride. if you like retreating from the noise and crowds at the end of the day, this is your spot! it does have the smallest tv i’ve seen in a long time though — so if you plan to stay in and stream lots of movies, don’t. otherwise, all good!

Awesome Beach Road Weekend

Enjoyed a 4 night stay during Beach Road Weekend at this clean and modern apartment in Oak Bluffs. The location is quiet, but walkable to lots of nice restaurants in the center of town. The units comes with two bikes to use as well and is exactly as described with a comfy bed and plenty of room to relax and enjoy coffee and tea everyday. Thanks to Nadia for being the perfect host!

Perfect for two!

First time VRBO guests that were extremely pleased! Ample space, plenty of natural light, spotless unit with fresh, clean towels and convenient location in Oak Bluffs. A separate entrance to the unit provided privacy being a guest and the bikes available for use were perfect for biking to Edgartown or anywhere else on the island. Small patio space by the front door was lovely for a morning beverage or evening nightcap. Nadia is an excellent host. Prompt replies to questions and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Review of property

Last year was our first time on MV as well as with the rental property. Oh my goodness, we were thrilled at how beautiful the place is and every convenience. The location is prime for walking, biking, and exercising. The owner is a perfect host and added extra perks for our enjoyment. The property provides sitting out on the deck among the stars, large living spaces for mini cooking with at home dining experience. This is our excellent place of choice, wont be going elsewhere. The location is just minutes from the bus line and offer airport access. Thank you a million times to the lovely owners. Mr.and Mrs. W. Wilson

Excellent Stay in Oak Bluffs

My husband and I had a fantastic long weekend staying in MV. The apartment was super spacious, clean, and well decorated. Nadia was super easy to communicate with via texting, but also gave us privacy. Huge plus were the beach towels (the apartment also provided beach chairs and an umbrella we didn’t end up using) and the two bikes! We chose not to have our car with us and it worked out totally fine. We either walked into town or took Ubers, it was super close to the main area, about 1.5 miles. We could have also biked there as well. We did use the bikes to bike into Edgartown and South Beach, definitely was a good workout but beautiful. The other day, we used the MV bus system to go out to Aquinnah and then back into Edgartown for the day.

The Perfect Getaway

My husband and I truly enjoyed our time in Oak Bluffs, while staying at this cozy loft. First of all, Nadia, the Property Owner was wonderful! She ensured a contactless check-in by messaging us in advance and letting us know that there would be a key in the door upon our arrival. The decor of the space was beautiful. For it to have been a studio set up the loft was pretty spacious with a living area, a kitchen, dining area, a futon bed/couch, and the bedroom/closet. The bathroom was decked out with great smelling soaps, body wash, and items like shampoo and conditioner. Amenities included air conditioning, wi-fi, a smart tv, beach towels, lawn chairs, and an outdoor patio table to sit at. The kitchen included dishes and a very unique control cooktop stove. She thought of everything down to bug spray and air freshener. The refrigerator was pre-stocked with champagne and chocolate! Nadia even left us cookies to acknowledge our anniversary! Not only did we have lots of privacy but thanks to where we were in Oak Bluffs we were walking distance from the shops and restaurants of Vineyard Havens, The Harbor, Inkwell Beach. We a short walk to the bus line. / Without a doubt, we will be back!
