We invite you to stay at our home away from home in the North Coast Village! This condo is just steps from the beach, with ocean views and views of Oceanside Pier from every room, decorated in ocean theme décor to resonate with the sound of the waves. With everything you need to serve as your home away from home at the beach, it includes a kitchen well stocked with seasonings and utensils, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a den/3rd bedroom. The condo has two decks designed to highlight ocean viewing and alfresco dining. It offers a Frigidaire portable air conditioner for the summer months (mid-May through November in the primary bedroom) and a cozy gas fire place during the winter months (November through mid-May). Also offered are smart TVs in the main living area and primary bedroom, as well as a 77 inch Sony Bravia OLED TV in the den. Lastly, there are beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and sand toys available. Our principal goal is to make your experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible for your vacation at the beach.

Our condo is located within the North Coast Village complex, a beautiful fully enclosed and gate-guarded complex with year-round heated pools and spa(s), lush tropical landscaping and lighting, ping pong, foosball, putting green, a large gym and weight room, koi pond and beautiful waterfall and streams, as well as 24 hour laundry facilities and 24 hour friendly and helpful security staff.

Oceanside beaches, pier, and harbor are clean, family friendly, incredibly accessible, and within walking distance from this beautiful condo, making beach access for playing in the sand, watching sea life, swimming, surfing, or fishing easy and enjoyable. Oceanside and neighboring Carlsbad offer some of the most delicious food in Southern California. Oceanside is a fairly central hub if you would like to explore the Southern California coast and attractions, located 8 miles from Legoland, 35 miles from SeaWorld, 38 miles from San Diego, 42 Miles from Laguna Beach, 53 miles from Newport Beach, 58 miles from Disneyland, 83 miles from Los Angeles, 88 miles from Hollywood, and 92 miles from Universal Studios.

All North Coast Village properties are pet-free and smoking is prohibited. It is important that all guests adhere to the no-pets/no-smoking policy as it allows guests with allergies to book free from worry. If you have a certified and licensed Service or Emotional Support Animal, documentation must be provided prior to confirmation of booking and a copy of the documentation shown at the time of check-in.
