Our spacious, giant, and unique home has been renovated to share with visitors looking for a delightful place to stay! You'll have full access to the entire home which is located just WALKING seconds away from Soulard’s Farmer’s Market, delicious St Louis favorites, and savory drinks! Did we mention the WORLD FAMOUS Mardi Gras parade is just a moment away? Explore and enjoy the warmth and coziness of a home away from home yet the charm of 1890’s historic Soulard architecture and culture!

We had so much fun designing the perfect "home away from home", and once renovations were completed to our satisfaction, we got started decorating every corner with the highest quality furnishings and fixtures. Take a walk throughout the entire 8 bedroom, 10 bed, and 3.5 and 2.5 bath home and find surprises in every corner.

- MAIN FLOOR: a comfy couch for additional sleeping

To access the bedrooms and full bathrooms, stairs are required. There is a flight of 8-10 stairs to the second floor with 2 bedrooms (3 queen beds) and 1 full bathroom and 8-10 stairs to the third floor with 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 king bed) and 1 full bathroom.

UNIT II:

The house was clean and had ample space. The location was just okay. We enjoyed our time together in the house. Only thing was such and late check in with an early check out. For the amt you pay.

Rented both units for a long weekend. One unit was fine but for some furniture that was falling apart. The other unit was awful. The first floor reeked of cat urine and was not useable. If you closed the bedroom doors, the odor was not bad. I complained to the host after the stay and asked for some money back, and they did not respond. I would not recommend this place or this host.

Here is my candid review. We rented both units which was great because there were 18 of us. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate us. We wish there were an interior door between the two units so we didn’t have to use the back doors and lock up every time we left a unit. The bedrooms were well-appointed and very comfortable. Things were missing like hand soap at many of the sinks and extra blankets in some of the rooms. We did have issues with many things being broken including but not limited to the internet not working, some toilet seats being broken, along with some cabinets and chairs. The owner was very responsive and came over to fix the internet. When I showed him pictures of all the other broken things he was unaware of them. Apparently, the renters before threw some kind of party and broke many things, including the internet so the owner could not see what was happening through his webcams. He was very apologetic for what had happened. The biggest thing that I think future renters should be aware of is the location. It is not in the best neighborhood (two different Uber drivers were concerned about dropping off some of our family here). We did not have any issues, but on the first night around midnight, there was a group of guys hanging out in the street in front of the units. We did not see anything on the second night and we returned from a wedding very late. There is off-street parking behind he units, which is well lit, so drop off in this area.
