Nice little apartment, could of had better view of the Beach. The only real downfall was the Bed. Really liked Bathroom need to remember to bring your own pillows...

Charles, thank you for your review of our property. While the property provides 6 pillows, all linens all towels and beach towels, we are unable to provide specific pillows requested by each guest as you did. In your case, foam pillows. For this we do ask that each guests bring their own favorite items to give them the same sleep as if they were at home. The property has beautiful direct ocean and beach views as pictured in the property listing. The king mattress was actually replaced at the first of this year 2025. Thank you for your comments regarding the newly improved bathrooms and showers, they are very nice indeed. We hope that you will keep our property in mind if you every visit Hilton Head Island in the future.

Checkin was a very easy drive-thru at Palmetto Dunes. This second floor condo had a great view of the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable living room sofas and swivel chairs, plus two full bathrooms. There’s easy access to the beach and pools. Unit is very clean and inviting. I’d recommend this unit to everyone.

Loved property. Only problems were no salt, directions for TV usage had to call, squeaky bed when you get in and out of in master, cheap toilet paper

Thank you for renting and for your review of our property. The box springs to the master king bed have been replaced. Directions to the TV are sent with entry instruction and are also posted in a frame inside of the condo. Our starter toilet paper is two ply which is industry standard to avoid issues during your stay. You and all guests are welcome to purchase your own additional supplies you prefer for your visit. Condo on the HH Beach

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Palmetto Dunes. It was a quick walk to the beach, the pool was great...great location close to restaurants and shopping. Our only complaint is that the bed was so-so regarding comfort. We would have loved a harder mattress, but that's us! The kitchen was amazingly equipped. Loved having two bathrooms. Would recommend.

This is a very nicely renovated 1BR 2BA unit. Has all the modern conveniences and updated decor just like in the pictures. And it’s well located with a relatively easy walk past the pool area to reach the beach. Speaking of the beach, maybe it was just luck but for it being the week including July 4th, our area of the beach was far less crowded than others nearby. Of course, the beaches here are so wide when the tide goes out, it’s never really an issue. But we were very happy to never feel like we were squeezed in or rows back. Every day lots of space. The unit is great for a couple and having an extra bath was helpful though we used it only occasionally. If you had extra guests using the pull out couch then the extra bath is super helpful. The master bedroom itself was great, with lots of storage and a large master bath. But I think the mattress and sheet situation could be better. Especially if you are finicky sleepers already. Mattress could use an upgrade, sheets could be better fitting, and a mid weight comforter or duvet would help. Overall another excellent stay in HHI.

What a fantastic new ocean view property to rent with all new everything!

What a view!!!!!! This condo is absolutely wonderful. We just returned from our stay here and will absolutely return. First and foremost, the entire place was spotless. You can tell the cleaning staff comes in and does a thorough cleaning of the property after it is used. The condo is spacious, remodeled and well decorated with new furnishings throughout. Linens and towels are plentiful. The kitchen is modern and well stocked and has everything needed for preparing meals etc. The recent painting and new owner touches are extremely well done -- the newly remodeled master shower is heavenly. Our family of three had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The condo is located right near the elevator and trash chute which was incredibly convenient. The free shuttle service was great, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. Communication with Keith was super easy and his response time was very fast. Lastly, the view cannot be beat. You can see and hear the ocean waves and people walking on the beach. We all enjoyed watching the dolphins jump and various boats go by from the large patio. Overall, this condo is a complete win. You should absolutely stay here if you are looking for a clean, updated place to stay with direct ocean views while on HHI!
