Black Point Beach Association features a boat launch, three private beaches, a playground, tennis, bocce, basketball, a club house and more!

Black Point Beach Association is made up of 14 streets and Sea Crest Avenue is directly in the middle - walking distance to everything, the beaches one block away, the neighborhood market, the playground and recreation area, and the clubhouse!

The layout of our home and decor is inviting and reflects the light and airy charm of our seaside home! Walk into an expansive porch with a dozen windows!
