Perfect place for a family get away. Kids loved the pool and arcade games. Host was communicative and responsive. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay- we used to live in ABQ but now we rent a house with a pool every summer while visiting with friends & family. This is the best property yet. The location is excellent- just a quarter mile from Academy (went for a run every morning around academy’s 5k loop which I 10/10 recommend- lots of runners & walkers out). Whole Foods and Starbucks 0.3 mi away. Quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. Listing is accurate. Pool is very clean. Hot tub is perfect. Kids loved the arcade machines. Although I love trying out new houses each summer, I would return to this one.

This house was a perfect fit for the 13 of us visiting NM for my son’s wedding. It was centrally located for all our activities and comfortable for our down time too.

Perfect Family Reunion Getaway- Fun, Relaxation, and Great Memories!!!

We stayed here for a family reunion and couldn’t have been happier! The home accommodated our large group comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. The backyard was perfect for family fun, with several games and activities for all ages. The pool and hot tub were both amazing and well maintained, and the indoor game room kept the kids entertained for hours. Everything was clean and well stocked, making our stay stress-free. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our every question, overnighting batteries for the smoke alarm and even coming to our rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property for any large gathering. Thank you for sharing your amazing home!!

We all enjoyed the offerings in the backyard (games, putting green, pool, hot tub) but we would not return to this home. It was banged up and dirty upon arrival - body & head hair in bedsheets in two guestrooms, hair on the walls & floors. Outdoor furniture dirty, toilet bowls were dirty, kid dishes in cupboards were dirty. The home was not well stocked - no paper towels, only 1 kleenex box. Only 1 burner on stove worked. The blinds were duct taped shut on the slider door and kept the living area dark during the day. Dirty windows & sils. A bathroom sink that wouldn't drain, loose toilet paper dispensers and freezer handle, a missing nightstand drawer. We were instructed not to turn the AC lower than 72 and the upstairs bedrooms were so warm in July it was difficult to sleep.We left feeling like we overpaid for this home. We were asked to strip sheets, collect towels, wash dishes, etc... along with other requests on a long list of check-out requirements.

Mandy’s comments are completely false. Mandy asked for a refund the day she walked into the door because she saw pricing from another weekend in October (she booked for peak summer holiday in July), and demanded that she got the same price as those non-peak days. Throughout her entire stay Mandy did not comment a single problem. Only once we refused the refund, she decided to give a laundry list of things that were wrong after checkout. During her entire stay, she did not notate anything wrong. It is unfortunate as she has plastered complete lies on our listing. We will be working with VRBO to get this removed.

My three generation family of 12 found the home clean and liked the comfortable beds. Everyone loved the pool, hot tub and especially the beautiful tree filled backyard with multiple areas to gather. The host responds immediately to any questions or requests.
