Place was amazing! Loved every bit of it. The house was perfect and our kids had a blast playing basketball, golf, swimming in the hot tub, cold plunge and all! Well done. Also the town is amazing! Such a great hidden gem. Loved every bit of our stay.

Great Stay

Our kids go to overnight summer camp in Monterey, TN and we were looking for something a little different than a hotel room in Cookeville. The setup was perfect for our family 2 dogs. The kids loved exploring the grounds. We'll probably try and rebook for when we have to come back and pick them up from camp!
