Located centrally in town walkable to lots of restaurants and retail at Copper Creek Square. Easy access to free parking garage and Lift (bus) line. The building has a parking garage with direct elevator access.

Family friendly with pack and play, high chair, a queen bed, and queen-sized sleeper sofa with TVs in both spaces. Foam topper for the sleeper sofa for extra comfort. Fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of dinnerware.

Full bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.

Entire condo available with Yale smart lock access. The afternoon sun warms up the entire unit, so makes for comfortable spaces.

In the heart of town across from plenty of restaurants, bars, retail shops, bike/ski rentals. Great breweries, food options, happy hours, liquor store, rental shops are a few steps away.

Parking garage on main floor of building, but if that gets full then there is also outside parking or the town parking garage is located directly next door to the building.

Wifi enabled with smart speaker that is used to turn on living room lamp. It can be muted or unplugged as you please.

The free local bus (LIFT) picks you up right out front, and takes you towards Fraser or the Winter Park Resort. Police department located in same building so definitely secure.

Great Stay!

Loved the condo!Super central location to all kinds of shops and restaurants. Also close to the Winter Park Lift shuttle in case you’d like to venture further.Loved the little extras too such as having an Alexa (listened to music while getting ready), to the phone chargers around.We were able to park in the garage but the lot is also really close if no spots are available.Thanks for a great stay!

Great experience!

The location is really convenient. Walking distance to restaurants/ski shops and about 10min drive to Mary Jane base(winter park base is even closer!). There are plenty of cookware in the kitchen to make food or brew coffee/tea. We enjoyed our stay here. 10/10 recommend!

Loved the stay. Close enough to the base of winter park with a 10 minute drive. Only issue was location of the garage is confusing but makes sense when you get there. Owner was super helpful and quick to respond. Thank you!!!
