It is the ideal property for snowbirds looking to get out of the cold for the winter This rental is available from August 2024 through December 2024 for $2500 a month and January 2025 through April 2025 for $4500 a month in addition to the electric bill for monthly rentals. Refundable $1500 security deposit. Our wonderful and quaint property will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay for guests. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Sarasota.
