Property as described. Brought our kids into Florida for Xmas and rented as our home in Ft.Myers Beach unable to use as originally planned Set up of the made it easy to have a great time with family.

Great management company

Let me start by saying the Management company - for the most part - was excellent during our stay. When we arrived, we had an issue with lizards in the house. Because the previous guests hadn't used one of the bedrooms, the cleaning staff didn't clean it and didn't see the lizard feces that was on the window sill. The lady that checked us in made some calls and the house was cleaned up immediately and sticky pads were placed in order to catch the lost lizard that was lurking. The next day, there was a dead lizard on the sticky pad, but we saw another lizard under the refrigerator. We called the management co and they sent a fellow out immediately to remedy the situation. None of us wanted to use the bedroom with the lizard traps, so we made due with 2 bedrooms rather than 3. The homeowners should consider replacing their living room furniture and beds. We had major issues with both. The kitchen is awesome - well stocked and everything worked well. The pool area is also a wonderful place to be, and where we spent the majority of our time. Again; the management company did everything in their power to remedy the situation. There were some tears in the pool screens that may have allowed the critters inside and they were scheduling repair to the screens while we were there. Great location. With a few upgrades, this house could be a 5 star.

We really enjoyed the location of this house and the amenities were top notch. My mom stated the master bedroom mattress was the most comfortable she’s ever slept on and has never slept so good. At first I thought “well Mom, you’re on vacation, of course you slept well” then I remembered she’s retired and doesn’t need to worry about anything (ah, the dream, right?). The pool was fabulous and was larger than expected, the pictures don’t do it justice! The outside tv and seating area were great too. I mean, I watched a Celtics game in the pool…in March! Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend and would love to stay again! Also, if the owners see this, my mom would love to know the brand of mattress is in the master bedroom. We didn’t think to look when we stripped the sheets before we left!

So much to offer!

Since the beaches were not east and quick to access, this home provided an excellent pool to float in or cruse down the canal on a kayak or a beautiful walk in the quiet community. We enjoyed our time and hated to leave the beautiful view from the lanai.

Nice VRBO and good location

VRBO was very nice, clean and located in a safe neighborhood. Appreciated the bikes and kayacks for our use! We also found it conveniently located to Cape Harbour and restaurants. Thank you for making it available to others!

We didn't want to leave!

We loved our stay in Cape Coral! This house was clean, well-stocked, beds were comfortable. Loved having access to kayaks, fishing rods, pool toys, beach towels and coolers. The area felt safe and it was easy to get around. Ann (SW FL company) gave us a LOT of great tips on places to eat, things to see and do and best routes to take to avoid heavy traffic. We would definitely rent this house again!!

Christmas in Cape Coral

House was everything that it showed. Lots of restaurants, supermarket 1 mile away. You should definitely rent a boat. We would have rated five stars if the pool heater would have worked, 65 degree pool water when we arrived. Management company was great, even sending someone to look at it on Christmas Day. It was replaced and running in time for us to swim on our last day. We would use this management company again if we ever return to Cape Coral.

Beautiful, quite home

House was very comfortable and pool was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable in the home. Area is quite which is what we were looking for. One surprise was the air conditioning. It is recommended by owner to keep at 78, you are more then welcome to turn down to comfortable level, however, you may have to pay for the extra electric used. First time I have encountered this in vrbo homes.

Beautiful & super clean home

The home is very beautiful, spacious, and super clean. The only thing I'd add is curtains on the window in the master bedroom and vertical blinds on the sliding door leading to the pool cause as soon as the sun goes up, it feels like it's right in the room 😬. Otherwise, the home is perfect. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.
