This condo is deserving of the many positive reviews. We had a great stay and would absolutely return.The balcony and Gulf view were the highlights for us. The beach directly in front of the property was noticeably quiet, which made the location especially enjoyable. The condo also had good-quality beach chairs, a sturdy umbrella, and plenty of beach toys, so there was no need to bring much beach equipment of our own.Communication with Becky was excellent. We had an appliance fail during our stay, and she had it repaired in less than 24 hours. We were very impressed with how quickly and professionally it was handled.The condo and kitchen were comfortable and had everything we needed. One small suggestion for light-sensitive sleepers: bring a sleep mask. The exterior flood lights are fairly bright and some light makes its way into the bedroom at night.Overall, this was an excellent stay in a beautiful, quiet beachfront location. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.

This is the 3rd time saying at one of Becky and Mark's condos. The first 2 times were in a different condo in the other building at Sea Vista, I have to say that they are fantastic hosts!! Their condos are beautiful, well cared for, and clean. They always feel comfortable and homey with the beautiful decor, and all the amities provided. Communication with Becky and Mark is great, they are quick to respond with any questions or concerns, and they show you that they want to provide the best stay for you and your family. We had a problem with our WiFi, but we were not really concerned about it because we spent most of our time off of electronics, but Becky and Mark were on it and had it fixed within just a couple of hours. My family and I love the Sea Vista Condos and if availability allows it we will always choose to stay in one of Becky and Mark's condos. Thank you to the Wiese's for sharing your condos, and providing a place where my family and I can have wonderful experiences and make lasting memories.Sincerely,Amanda H

Great Location

The condo is located at the end of the beach and just enough away from the most popular and crowded spots. It was perfect for our family of older kids because I could keep an eye on them at the beach from the balcony.

Great Beach Getaway

This was the perfect condo for our family! It was quiet, clean, and close to the beach. The accommodations had all the things we needed for a nice weekend getaway. We would definitely recommend this location and would stay there again the next time we visit South Padre.

Location was great, beach was never over crowded in this area. Check-in was so easy, communication was clear and prompt at all times, the condo was as described and was a great fit for our needs! Wonderful location, top floor 3 bedroom condo with ample space! Beautiful views of the beach, and sunrise! can hear the ocean waves roll from the spacious balcony. We loved our family time! Would definitely come again!
