We enjoyed parts of our stay at this property. The house was nice on the inside, nice rooms and beds and a lot of extras like sunscreen and beach chairs; just had some ants. The neighborhood was not quite as nice as advertised. Several loud neighbors and some of the houses in the neighborhood quite rundown. The pool was fine but small. Unfortunately, the beach was unusable due to massive of seaweed every day and a drop off.

We do want to clarify that while we can control the cleanliness, condition, amenities, and comfort of the interior of our property, we unfortunately cannot control neighboring homes, occasional neighborhood noise, or naturally occurring beach conditions. Seaweed accumulation along Puerto Rico’s coastline can vary significantly from day to day depending on weather, tides, currents, and seasonal conditions, and is completely outside of a host’s control. We take great pride in maintaining our home and accurately representing the amenities that are within our property and community. We appreciate your stay and your feedback.

My Family loved our stay! The place was immaculate and very clean! Our host left clear and easy to follow instructions for check in and check out! The private beach and the beach products provided were awesome! The location was perfect as we were 25 min from San Juan and Luquillo which is where we spent most of our time on this trip! There were several nice beaches along the way that were easily accessible as well as plenty of local food vendors! We loved everything about this trip and are planning to return again soon!

This was the perfect place to stay for activities on the north east side of the island. Everything was easily accessible yet outside the bustle of San Juan. Our party consisted of six adults and there was plenty of room for everyone.The amenities were great and we would all stay here again. Our only complaint was the house door access code and community gate control did not work the first time we tried them, but those were easily corrected after contacting VRBO and the owner of the house.

The property was more than expected. It was clean and family friendly. The security of being in a gated community put us at ease during our stay. If you forgot something, they probably have it there. The Communication and hospitality from the host was impeccable. The convenience of having the beach, pool and play area within the community was absolutely amazing. The property itself was spacious, warm and inviting. Thank you.

Lovely place

First off, our communication with Gretchen was outstanding, the house was spacious, sparkling clean, and very well equipped. The pool is lovely and we had a wonderful time there. For 2 days we had it to ourselves, and on Saturday there were two small family groups. My 6 year old grandson and a 7 year old girl had two hours of fun, despite an almost complete language barrier. Appreciated the games and vast tv options in the house.Location between San Juan and Luquillo is good. The complex is very quiet and quite secure. To do anything outside requires a car. Two suggestions: Outdoor seating areawould be nice. Theres space for it. And a visitors guide giving info about nearest groceries, pharmacy, attractions.
