Other things to note
While the exterior porches and furniture are cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
Hot Tub:
To keep the hot tub clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that guests shower before use to prevent oils, lotions, and debris from affecting the water balance. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice per week during peak seasons (Tuesdays and Fridays), but maintaining proper pH levels is a shared effort. Please also avoid glass near the spa and always supervise children. Use the cover when not in use to preserve heat and cleanliness. Thank you for helping us care of our spa! ***Please note, the Spa service tech will let himself into the yard during work days / hours to access the spa for service.
Occupancy: Please do not exceed the agreed upon number of guests at any given time. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property.
***Please note that there are stairs, large steps and a ladder in the home to access certain rooms, or parts of the home. The porches also have uneven boards that can be a trip hazard so please watch your step.
***No Pets Policy: We all love our 4 legged friends but this is a pet free home. Thank you for your understanding.
***Winter Visitors: We have contracted a snow removal team that clears the driveway whenever snowfall exceeds 3 inches during your reservation, so your arrival and mobility are always a priority. For added convenience, we provide a snow shovel and ice melt at the property to help keep entryways safe during your stay.
Please note: While we prepare the property thoroughly regardless of weather conditions, county-managed street clearing schedules are outside our control. If snow is in the forecast, we strongly recommend arriving before or after the storm and stocking up on groceries in advance. This way, you can enjoy the winter wonderland from the comfort of the home without travel interruptions. Due to these uncontrollable factors, we do not issue refunds for weather-related delays.
If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in's when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
Interaction with guests
While we offer privacy and autonomy to our guests, we will also gladly offer recommendations at your request. Your Local Contact is available by phone and can be on site quickly to troubleshoot any problems. We are happy to help you figure your way around with maps/recommendations. Just ask! :-)

The kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed. We shared the place between 4-Families and it was still very comfortable. The outdoor space is also great for the kiddos to explore and roam around. Brandon was a very responsive host and super welcoming as well. We look forward to visiting again!
Excellent home. Just as described. If you had a large group it would be nice to have more seating, but that’s a minor issue. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Very convenient location in Flagstaff. Everything is within 15 minutes of the house. We had an issue with the lock keypad one night and the host was very responsive. The issue was quickly resolved. I would highly recommend this home.
We had a family reunion of 20. We had a great time at the cabin and it had everything we needed to cook meals. I did contact the hosts a few times and they were always quick to respond with help. Cabin isn’t quite as secluded as many that I’ve stayed in, but location is quiet and close to trails and hot tub is private enough. The kids enjoyed it every day.
