Great spot right on the beach. Watched dolphins from our balcony. Our unit was partially blocked by a large bush but other than that it was amazing! Steps from the boardwalk. Great little gem!

We loved the condo! It is beautiful and very clean. The view is amazing, we got to see dolphins right from the balcony . Parking was very close to the condo. I can't wait to go back again. Having the beach just steps away was awesome. I highly recommend this condo,it has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.

The condo was exactly as described and had a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee. The condo is the perfect size for a couple looking for a beach getaway. Although close to the boardwalk, it was a very quiet location. There is a 7-Eleven right across the street and we ate dinner at the restaurant right next-door, Eat American and really enjoyed our meal. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was very responsive and provided great tips for restaurants and entertainment. The rental was perfect for a couple. We were very happy with the space. Plenty of bath towels and kitchen supplies available for use. You really can just sit on the balcony and see dolphins especially in the morning, no binoculars needed! Two chairs and a table are on the balcony making morning coffee a delight. We didn’t use the pool but it appeared well maintained. A few short steps and you are on the beach. Located at the end of the boardwalk we found this area of the beach to be less congested than some other areas. Plenty of restaurants/bars in walking distance. Some fantastic restaurants with available valet parking. 10/10 would recommend and would return.

Highly recommend this location! Just feet from the boardwalk and the beach. Steve was quick to reply to all my questions and concerns. I love that this condo had a full kitchen since I prepared almost all meals in the room. Can't get the same value at the neighboring hotels. Will definitely return!

This is a small condo, very well situated directly in the beach. If you are going for peace and quiet, but access to the boardwalk, this is your perfect spot.

Best stay you will have in Virginia Beach.

My wife and I loved this Vrbo. Steven was an excellent host very quick with messaging. This was absolutely the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed at as well. All the amenities you need there for you. Absolutely gorgeous view out on the patio as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Virginia Beach. We will absolutely be staying here again when we visit!!

Nice little condo on the beach. Might be small to some but when you plan to spend all your time outside anyway, it's perfect. On the north end of the boardwalk so a nice walk to lots of restaurant options. Beach was clean & always a lifeguard around. Condo was very clean & had everything we needed.

Not a negative thing to say. The room is accurately described, and has all that you need! Fresh linens, big screen tv, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, very clean, updated appliances, and the view was ridiculous!! The bed is big enough for 2, and the couch can pull out. If you don’t use the couch, it’s enough room to put an air mattress on the floor. The room is located at the bottom of the Boardwalk, and there is a 7-11 directly across the street for your convenience. Communication was concise, so the transaction was very smooth! Highly recommended!

My wife and I come here every year for our anniversary, based on the reviews we decided to give this place a try, we’re so glad we did. From the host Steven, who had a balloon and anniversary card waiting for us, the cleanliness of the room, the oceanfront view and it was also on the quiet side of the beach. Everything was AWESOME!! Would highly recommend this place, definitely would love to stay here again, thank you Steven.

Great views

The property was clean had great views of the ocean and was just perfect for my single child family we had a great time being able to walk to the ocean right out back and when the waves were a little more then we were ok with we just got in the pool just a completely fantastic stay we had an absolutely wonderful time and loved the condo we would definitely stay again and the sunrises were absolutely amazing
