Great stay and access to the beach

Condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Location is very easy to get to and from the beach while being just far enough away to avoid the chaos when we didn’t want it. Owner was very easy to contact and very quick to respond. Only heads up is that the complex (not the condo owner) requires you buy a 25 parking pass. Would definitely stay here again.

What a Gem!!

What a great place to stay!! Centrally located to everything!! If you don’t want the hustle of staying on the beach this is the spot. We could literally get anywhere we needed to go rather quickly. Host was very helpful, nice, responsive, and left detailed instructions on checking in. Condo was very clean and accommodating, has everything you need. If you forgot something for the beach, don’t worry they have it there! Thank you for having such an inviting place and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

The condo at The Colony was such a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, roomy and very accommodating for our time there. Communication was quick and very helpful. Where the condo was located is quiet and serene. Thank you for such a comfortable time!

We are from Middle TN. We enjoy the sunshine and beach. Gulf Shores is the most beautiful, safe and friendly place we have ever been. Our condo is very family oriented with quiet time. We love the peaceful atmosphere and the large campus/green space because we love to walk and jog while there. I hope everyone loves staying here as a much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The spacious campus, so we do not feel confined. A lot of people live in the condos fulltime. The condo is monitored continuously, so we feel very safe. It is very family oriented with quite time. It is a gated community.

What makes this property unique

The campus and the location. The Zoo is within walking distance of the condo. Golf courses are all around. The beach is 4.5 miles away and the Tanger outlet is the same distance in the opposite direction. The Sportsplex is only a couple of miles away. There are wonderful local and chain restaurants nearby. Retail is very close - Target, Publix, etc....
