The space was Great and perfect for our two families - we enjoyed walking a short 5 minute walk to the Beach for sunrise, sunset and throughout the day. There was also a walking/ biking path right outside the door. The space was very clean . We enjoyed the balconies to take in the ocean breeze

The property was nice and well maintained. We had a horrible odor in the lower unit when we arrived. Spoke with John and he directed us to what it probably was. We were given two two different networks and passwords for the internet and neither worked. It was a great stay overall.

The odor Issue was quickly rectified by running the disposal. The guest was given the correct wifi locator and password prior to arriving. We have never had an issue with guests being unable to access the Wifi.

We leased both units and each unit had three bedrooms so the property was plenty big enough for our family reunion with 12 people. The location was ideal for walking roughly 3 blocks to get to the beach and otherwise reasonably close drives to restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. The property was clean and nicely furnished. The only criticism I have is that renters were expected to do their own replenishing of pretty much everything even down to toilet paper.

It is not three blocks to the beach. You actually walk past 5 houses on 50 ft lots and you are at 13th st then the same distance again and you are at the public beach access.it is 200-250 yards from our home. For supplies it is clearly stated in your move in informational email that starter supplies are provided this is standard procedure for Gulf Shores rental properties

Great location! Short walk to the beach and close to restaurants etc. both units have washer and dryer. Kitchens well stocked. Porches very nice for morning coffee and evening covktails.

We had the absolute best time last week. It was a short walk to the beach and the house was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and we had lots of room for everyone. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Family vacation

Our family stayed on both levels and this place was great! The location to the beach access is very convenient. The home was very comfortable we would like to rent it again when we come to Gulf Shores.

Great stay and super close to the beach!

We had a small family gathering and this set up was perfect for our family with one group occupying upstairs and the rest of us is the lower unit. We found it super easy to cook and clean. A great amount of space. Excellent location - the walk to the beach was just a few blocks away and the drive to access other attractions was easy.

Nice stay, conveniently located

This was a nice property within a 4 minute walk to the beach. It was nicely situated for access to Orange Beach and Foley. The unit itself was tastefully decorated and very nice. Would stay there again. Safe neighborhood and quiet neighbors.

Wonderful Trip

The house had more than enough room for our family trip. Clean home close to everything my elderly mother-in-law can't stop talking about our trip to Gulf Shores and the beautiful home we stayed in. Will stay again. Everything was wonderful.

Fun Family Vacay

Excellent location, reasonable accommodations, listing accurate. Did have bed linens with small blood stains from previous tenants, but there really wasn't much else of concern. Owners were always quick to respond and worked with us to extemd our trip an extra day.

Best place we have ever stayed

My family and I come to the beach every year with our friends and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Owner was very nice and helpful. Place was very clean. Location was quiet and relaxing yet very close to anywhere we needed to go including the beach. Overall it was the best beach trip we have ever had as a group!!!
