Clean , spacious 2BR / 1bath , recently updated with all necessary furnishings and great proximity to Federal Hill restaurants and an east walk to downtown Providence. A big plus is parking across from unit if you drive. A great value if you enjoy the charm of little Italy with the sophistication of the city

Great place to stay. The beds were super comfortable & the bedding felt like sleeping under a cloud. Wish we were able to stay longer. Great location to downtown Providence.

Great stay for the night!!!

I have to say I was very happy with our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. Parking was very convenient and it was a 5 min walk to all of the restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a great stay in providence. The house was clean and in a convenient location. My only request would be for a couple extra towels and blankets.

5 stars for Jennifer and team. Loved our stay in Providence. The apartment was lovely but what stood out from our trip was the tremendous service from our hosts. Our booking was right in the middle of a blizzard and Jennifer and the entire team were so gracious, helpful and responsive. What started as a very stressful situation turned into one of joy with the attention from Jennifer and team. Highly recommend staying at any of Jennifer’s properties. We’ll be back.

It was alright until they kicked us out with short notice and never gave us or money back when we only stayed two night supposed to stay 5 so yeah other then that it was okay

Adorable, and super clean! GREAT LOCATION!

The place is small, but plenty big for us, 2 adult couples. Everything was so nice and clean. We stayed for a weekend and it rained the whoooooole time, but we still managed to have a blast! You can walk to the Federal Hill area and there's plenty of places to eat within walking distance. At the end of the day it was nice to curl up in the living room, have some drinks and chat. The TV is mounted a little bit high?? But other than that, perfection. And thank you to our hosts, very communicative!

Beautiful, spacious, clean, communicative

Second time we’ve stayed at one of Jennifer’s properties and they never disappoint. Apartments are clean, spacious, well equipped, and in the perfect location for us. Balcony has great view and nicely furnished. Very easy to access and while we didn’t need to park this time, that’s a huge bonus in Providence! We did have upstairs neighbors for part of our stay but hardly noticed as tenants observe the noise rules. Jennifer is very good at communicating/answering questions before and during stay. This property is just a couple of blocks from our daughters place, and about a 10 min walk from downtown and college hill, so we will be back for sure!

It’s a great spot, just be aware that the smaller bedroom sits on the street side of the house, so you could hear that on a busy weekend. Although, Jennifer has sound machines in the bedrooms that helps cure that!
