Charming Cottage 2-bedroom house located on Lake Murray SC!

Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Columbia. Only 25 minutes from downtown and located very close in on the Irmo side of the dam. This delightful property features 2 cozy bedrooms with a king and queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. *Please note that the only entrance to the bathroom is to go through the master bedroom. Outdoor covered porch with TV and a private dock and seating area to make for great days outside. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

There will be an additional charge if not checked out by check out time at a rate of $65.00 an hour, unless approved by me.

Pet Fee: $75 per dog Needs to contact host for a second dog to send extra fee charge.Gst will be asked to vacate with no refund if violation is found
