Mountain Treehouse Escape

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. With plenty of room for 2-3 families you can have a quick weekend getaway or a week long escape.
Lots of hiking trails, swimming holes and ski resorts nearby or you could spend the weekend relaxing on the porch overlooking the mountains.

The space
Waterville estates has a rec center with a pond for swimming and fishing, outdoor and indoor pools, a gym, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and pickleball courts. Day passes are available for purchase with kids under 8 free.

Waterville Estates also has very inexpensive skiing with a rope tow, one chair lift and a great lodge with live music typically on weekends, food and drinks that overlook the slopes!

With two living rooms, a sunroom, large kitchen and dining area there is plenty of space to relax with 3 families.

The driveway has a flood light that doubles as a security camera.

Great Mountain Getaway for Groups

I stayed here with a group of old friends for a weekend getaway. It’s a great space with a camp feel. Well supplied kitchen for cooking. Great layout for groups of friends or multiple families. In addition to skiing in the winter months, there’s great hiking and river swimming close by. Highly recommend!

Ice castle birthday celebration

This house was perfect for myself and my children to celebrate my birthday and go the ice castles. We had some hiccups in the beginning but the owners were very responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure my family felt at home and that our stay was a positive one. I would definitely rent again.
