Have fun with the whole family at this two story 3-bed, 2.5 bath home located near the Pearl Brewery and a short drive from Fort Sam Military base.
The space
This newly built space includes a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, internet access and cable TV.
Our spacious top floor includes the master room with king bed and a private ensuite bathroom and charming private balcony. With two additional single queen bedrooms, and two full baths, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

Really nice and quite part of San Antonio . House was clean,spacious and comfy. Only draw back is the furniture however not a deal breaker. This is about 1.5 miles from the river center.

This home is in a great location and gives a big family plenty of room. The kitchen is spacious. We wish we would have had more time in San Antonio and will stay again.

We had a great stay, currently lots of construction made it a bit difficult to park but that will clear up soon, the location was AMAZING. The owners had fantastic communication, I’d be happy to stay here again.

House was nice but in a construction area. Close to plenty restaurants and in walking distance. Had issue with the main bedroom but they came immediately. Everyone slept good and comfortable.

I cannot say enough how wonderful this property is! It is very spacious, clean and modern styling. The location was fantastic. We just walked the path by the property to get to the river walk and The Pearl in minutes. It was a 10 minute drive to all we wanted to get to downtown. I highly recommend this property!

Cute house, comfortable bed. The shower and sinks in the master bathroom were slow to drain, the shower had a nice shower head but hardly any water pressure. It was a quick stay and was the perfect spot to get to where we needed to go.

Property was very nice and close to the river walk and The Pearl. There was construction going on during our stay but we were not bothered by the noise. We had a little trouble getting in on the first day(turned out to be my issue) and the host was very responsible and helpful. Even sent someone out the following day to double check the door/lock. We would definitely stay here again.
